These Terms explain how Bindspire’s website, First Loop quiz, quotes, invoices, workflow automation services, and related communication are handled.

By using this website, submitting information, contacting Bindspire, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Bindspire

Bindspire provides custom business automation, workflow cleanup, process implementation, reporting systems, document workflows, internal systems, and related support services.

The exact work depends on the project scope.

2. Website information

The information on this website is for general business and service information.

Nothing on this website guarantees a specific result or creates a client relationship without a written agreement, approved quote, invoice, or statement of work.

3. First Loop Quiz

The First Loop quiz helps identify repeated work, workflow issues, or operational bottlenecks inside your business.

Submitting the quiz does not guarantee that Bindspire will accept the project or provide services.

Bindspire may use the information you submit to review your workflow, respond to your request, prepare recommendations, and communicate with you about possible services.

4. Quotes and project scope

Bindspire services are quoted based on the workflow, tools, complexity, timeline, and support needs involved.

A project begins only after the scope, price, and payment terms are agreed to.

Work outside the approved scope may require a separate quote or written approval.

5. Client responsibilities

To complete a project, Bindspire may need access to information, accounts, tools, documents, examples, approvals, and feedback.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and making sure you have permission to share it with Bindspire.

Delays in access, approvals, or information may delay the project.

6. Third-party tools

Bindspire may build workflows using third-party tools, platforms, software, APIs, CRMs, messaging systems, document platforms, hosting providers, or automation services.

You are responsible for third-party accounts, subscriptions, usage charges, platform rules, and terms unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Bindspire is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services.

7. Automation limits

Automation can reduce manual work, improve consistency, and make a business easier to run.

However, no workflow can guarantee that every lead, message, customer, document, payment, task, or business outcome will be handled perfectly in every situation.

You are responsible for monitoring important business activity and telling Bindspire when your process changes.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be listed on the quote, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Work may be paused if payments are late or billing issues are not resolved.

Fees may be non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Ongoing support

Some projects may include ongoing support, monitoring, maintenance, updates, or workflow care.

Ongoing support terms will be described separately when applicable.

Unless ongoing support is agreed to in writing, Bindspire is not responsible for maintaining, monitoring, or updating a workflow after delivery.

10. Confidentiality

Bindspire may receive private business information while reviewing or building workflows.

Bindspire will make reasonable efforts to treat non-public business information as confidential and use it only to provide services, communicate with you, improve the work, or maintain business records.

11. Ownership

Bindspire retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, internal tools, systems, code, documentation, processes, and know-how.

You retain ownership of your business information, brand materials, customer data, and materials you provide.

Project-specific ownership or licensing terms may be described in a separate written agreement when needed.

12. No guaranteed business results

Bindspire works to improve workflows, reduce manual work, and create cleaner business systems.

Bindspire does not guarantee revenue increases, lead volume, customer responses, search rankings, advertising results, platform approvals, or specific business outcomes.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bindspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

Bindspire’s total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid to Bindspire for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Changes to these Terms

Bindspire may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
